  1. Just me again.

    LAT1: "Mystic Southwest, I'm a-comin' back!" (5)

Nice combo. “Mystic” might be a touch non-PC for a “Hindu Religious Teacher”.

LAT2: Caterpillar was right in the center of volcano's gout (5)

That is a very literary usage of “gout”. I never heard it in that context.

LAT3: A lotion or emulsion begins healing when applied to the skin (4)

    Nice on-theme acrostic.

ST1: Grabs litter and boasts about it (5)

Is “litter” often used in this context in U.S. ? If not, it’s a nice misdirect.

ST2: Swaddled orphan delivered to father of Messiah (6)

Would it not be “unswaddled” or “unswathed”. “father of” is a clever and strong misdirection, which is acceptable since the clue does not say ”the” Messiah.

  2. My set:

LAT4: Former East German security forces reverberate in religious frenzy (7).

    LAT5: Retreat of marsh-gas reveals horseman (5)

LAT6: Welcome to the endless Moor! (5)

ST3: Guess about eleven survive (5)

ST4: Was she an avant-garde author or a crazy registered nut? (8,5)

ST5: Once-occupied island is greeted with endless chatter when given up for Indian Port (8)

    ST6: Endless road to beat-up buggy (4,4)

  3. Re today's clues, "mystic" was straight out of the dictionary.

On to your 7, all of which I got today with no complaints.

LAT4: Former East German security forces reverberate in religious frenzy (7).
    Nice homophone.

    LAT5: Retreat of marsh-gas reveals horseman (5)
Another charade-reversal. Gas might not be the best cryptic, but it did fit the surface very well.

LAT6: Welcome to the endless Moor! (5)
Misdirection on which end is good.

ST3: Guess about eleven survive (5)
Latin and Roman mix in a container. Nice.

ST4: Was she an avant-garde author or a crazy registered nut? (8,5)
Numeration would give this good anagram away except that you assigned it to the wrong grid! I spent some time trying to figure out what part of this could be a direct for AIRPLANE SEATS!

ST5: Once-occupied island is greeted with endless chatter when given up for Indian Port (8)
Reverse-charade with nice use of unusual word from yesterday's puzzle.

    ST6: Endless road to beat-up buggy (4,4)
Curtailment-charade-reversal. Again citing the wrong grid, but otherwise fine.
